We are looking for this individual to work on 2nd shift, which will include a 2nd shift differential.\nAdditional Duties:\nEvaluates repair requests to determine course of action and or parts required.\nCoordinates repair schedule with supervisors to minimize equipment down time.\nConfers with machine manufacturer for troubleshooting.\nCompletes all required paperwork and updates service records as needed.\nSets example of a team member for less experienced employees by cooperating and showing commitment to customer service.\nPerforms advanced troubleshooting.\nMakes recommendations for process improvements.\nCycles and jogs machine through all functions.\nCompletes preventative maintenance as required.\nMaintains preventive maintenance schedules.\nPerforms all jobs without assistance, achieving top-level quality.\nMaintains neat and orderly work areas.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation: High School Graduate or equivalent; BOCES Machine Shop or equivalent skilled trades school.\nExperience: Minimum of three years of machine repair / machine shop experience. Basic electricity and advanced electronics skill.\nPreferred Experience: Knowledge of cleanroom (FAB) wafer processing equipment preferred. Knowledge of electronic test equipment (DMM's, etc.) preferred.
