Grade Operator","description":"A&R Development Group is seeking an experienced Finish Grade Operator to join our growing site development team.This position requires a skilled operator who can safely and efficiently operate multiple types of heavy equipment while completing precise grading work.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience working on residential and commercial site development projects and be able to complete assigned work with minimal supervision.\nEquipment Experience Required\nApplicants must be experienced in operating:\nMotor grader\nDozer\nSkid steer\nExcavator\nRequired Experience\nApplicants must have experience with:\nFine grading and finish grading\nGrading limerock for roads, parking lots, and building pads\nConstructing and grading house pads\nEstablishing proper elevations and slopes\nPreparing areas for curb, sidewalk, concrete, and asphalt\nCommercial and residential site development\nReading grade stakes and understanding elevations\nMaintaining a clean and safe work area\nPerforming daily equipment inspections\nExperience operating equipment equipped with GPS or machine-control systems is preferred.\nQualifications\nPrevious finish grading experience is required\nMust be able to operate equipment safely and efficiently\nMust understand typical site development operations\nMust be dependable and arrive on time\nMust be able to follow plans, grades, and supervisor instructions\nMust work well with operators, laborers, foremen, and project supervisors\nValid driver’s license and
