Provide information of the status of all jobs that have been completed and ready to be shipped. Job is completed with moderate supervision.\nPrinciple Responsibilities and Duties\nFollow information from the drawings provided by the QSR personnel.\nDocument by taking photos and labeling parts.\nAssemble wood boxes for mechanical parts as needed.\nAssisting with re-assembly of the units in the field if required\nType correspondence/ answer e-mails.\nPrep units for shipping and preparation of ship loose equipment.\nKeep all disassemble parts on track.\nIdentify and report missing parts to designated function.\nComply with HSSE guidelines.\nData entry on parts numbers and making documentation for the customer.\nAbility to read General Arrangements and P&ID drawings.\nCertified to driving forklift and man lifts.\nKnowledge of unit preservation in storage\nRequires employee to frequently type and use a computer and other office equipment, such as copier, printer, calendar, telephones, etc.\nRequires operation of heavy equipment such as forklift, scissor lift on a constant frequency\nParticipates in group discussions and meetings.\nMaintains equipment and clean work areas.\nParticipates in continuous improvement activities.\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma\n1-3 years working in a manufacturing environment.\nSome travel may be required.\nMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment.\nMust meet all OSHA regulations.\nMust have driver’s license and good motor vehicle record.\nMust be able to pass company driving test.\nMust be forklift certified.\nExperience in gas and oil field.\nBe familiar with mechanical parts.\nCarpentry and major equipment labor experience is preferred.\nAssembly skills\nGood Communication skills and attention to detail\nMultitask and Prioritize work.\nGeneral computer skills\nUse ERP Manufacturing System (Oracle)\nPhysical Requirements\nRequires employee to stand for at least 90% of the time.\nRequires employee to sit for at least 10% of the time.\nRequires employee to frequently inspect equipment, climb stairs or ladders and must be able to maintain balance on stairs or ladders without assistance.\nAbility to work from heights above 4ft.\nMust be able to communicate and respond to coworkers, vendors, suppliers, and emergency cues/alarms, in person and on the telephone, including use of mobile devices.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds.\nRequires work in outdoor conditions, including all weather conditions & unairconditioned facility.\nRequires work on loud environment.\nRequires moving and maintaining self in different positions, stoop, kneel, crouch to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.\nMust wear all required PPE, including fire-retardant clothing, helmets, face shields, hearing protection, safety goggles, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, gloves, fall protection as applicable.\nPosition requires travel 10% of the time.\n\nAbout Us:\n\nTransforming Energy for a Sustainable Future.
