As part of this next step, we're opening our first developer position in the region. You'll be a full, embedded member of the Orlando team, working alongside our Customer Success and Commercial colleagues while being a core member of the Mobaro Engineering Team headquartered in Denmark. Together, you'll help shape how we build and scale our development presence in the U.S. and contribute to features used by operators around the world.\n\nIf you're a full-stack developer who loves modern C#, takes pride in clean, intuitive front-end experiences, and is excited to work AI-first, this is a great chance to make a meaningful impact in an amazing industry.\n\n*Who we are*\n\nAt Mobaro, we help ensure that attractions around the world operate safely, efficiently, and with confidence. Our industry-focused SaaS platform supports the daily maintenance and operational workflows of more than 400 parks, resorts, and entertainment destinations across 30 countries. We're a Danish-founded, global company building reliable, intuitive tools for the teams who keep these environments running. We're also building an AI-first engineering culture - using modern AI tooling to design, build, and ship faster - and we're looking for people who want to grow that muscle with us. Here, your code doesn't just ship - it supports real operations, real people, and the experiences millions of guests enjoy every year.\n\n*What you'll be doing*\n\nAs the first developer in our Orlando office, you'll wear a few hats: core product development and third-level escalation support for our U.S. customers that keeps things moving when our European colleagues are offline. You'll translate signals from regional colleagues and customers into impactful custom solutions and core product features. In this role, you will:\n\n* Build and evolve modern, scalable features across our platform\n* Work across backend and frontend\n* Contribute to the architecture and direction of a rapidly growing product\n* Provide third-level technical support for our U.S. customers and act as the on-the-ground engineering point of contact during U.S. hours\n* See your work go live at attractions across the U.S. and worldwide\n* Join a tight-knit, friendly team that values innovation, quality, and humor\n* Help define how our Orlando dev presence grows from day one\n* Contribute to building bespoke solutions for clients seeking custom development\n\n*What we're looking for*\n\nWe're mainly seeking a mid-level full-stack developer, but we're open to the right profile - even if your track record is shorter or longer than average. This is a satellite seat, so we're raising the bar on independence: you'll often be the only developer in the room.\n\n*Before you apply, a quick gut check.* You should be able to say yes to:\n\n* You have solid, hands-on experience with modern C#/.NET\n* You've worked in a startup, scale-up, or similarly fast-moving, medium-sized engineering team - not just a large org where you only ever touch one layer of the stack\n* You're used to wearing a lot of hats: development, QA, deployment, and architecture, not just writing code and handing it off\n* You use AI tools to move faster, but you still understand what your code does and can debug it yourself - we need someone who solves the problem when it breaks, not someone who's just vibe-coding\n* You're comfortable being based on-site in Orlando, FL\n\nYou'll thrive here if you have:\n\n* Strong skills in modern C#/.NET (this is non-negotiable – our backend is where the ride begins)\n* Some frontend experience – ideally Angular, but we're open to other frameworks\n\n_…as long as you're willing to work with Angular in our existing ecosystem_\n\n* A solid understanding of modern web development (TypeScript, component-driven UI, etc.)\n* Experience with version control (we live in Git), databases, and cloud environments\n* A collaborative, curious mindset with a desire to own features end-to-end\n* An appreciation for clean code, maintainable architecture, and a product that never stops moving\n* A genuine interest in AI-assisted engineering – you want to get better and faster with these tools, not just experiment with them\n\nIf you enjoy juggling backend logic one minute and fine-tuning a UI interaction the next, you'll feel right at home.\n\n*The stack you'll work with*\n\nYou don't need to tick every box, but you should be excited about learning and growing with these:\n\n* *Backend: *C# (.NET 9+)\n* *Frontend: *TypeScript, AngularJS/Angular\n* *Mobile: *TypeScript, Cordova (optional), Ionic (optional)\n* *Databases: *MSSQL/PostgreSQL\n* *Cloud: *Azure-first infrastructure\n* *Tooling: *CI/CD, Linear, GitHub\n\n*Why this role is unique*\n\n* You'll be the first developer in our Orlando office - impacting the future of Mobaro's U.S. engineering team\n* Your work will directly support some of the coolest places on earth\n* You'll get autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to help build something lasting\n\n*Compensation & Benefits*\n\n* *Salary: *Competitive, depending on experience and skills\n* *401(k): *Employer match of 3%\n* *Health Coverage: *While the company does not offer an internal health insurance plan, we provide a financial contribution toward enrollment in an external health insurance arrangement\n* *Additional Benefits: *Flexible work environment, professional development opportunities, and participation in company events and initiatives\n\n*What you need to know*\n\n* *Type: *Full-time\n* *Location: *On-site at Mobaro's Orlando, FL office\n* *Team: *Part of our global engineering team across the U.S., Denmark, and Spain\n* *Start Date: *We aim to fill the position as soon as possible\n\n*Ready to ride with us?*\n\nWe look forward to welcoming the next addition to our U.S. team.
