The Learning Experience Team focuses on the development of learner-centric and high-impact customized learning solutions designed for multiple delivery formats, tech-enabled learning environments, and tailored to specific organizational or departmental needs. If you are a strategic-thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, transformative environment, CPLL is the place for you!Responsibilities The Technology Training Coordinator will be responsible for: Deliver training on business tools such as entire MS365 Technology Applications ecosystem such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, Lists, Power BI and CoPilot to support day-to-day work and data use.Translate technical systems and processes into clear, step-by-step training for end users.Develop practical training materials (e.g., job aids, quick reference guides) that reflect real workflows.Partner with system owners and subject matter experts to stay current on system updates and training needs. Experience training others on software, systems, or technical processes.Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Ability to quickly learn new technologies, systems, and applications to create and facilitate interactive, hands-on technical training both in-person and online.Ability to translate complex steps and processes to easily understandable learning concepts and simplified learner usability for all learning styles and formats.Understanding of creating accessibility in learning design and technology Partnering with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SME), graphic designers, and trainers on the learner needs analysis, learning objectives, instructional strategies, delivery, measurable out comes and evaluation of learning solutions. Meeting individual performance metrics and goals while modeling behavior-based competencies. Collaborating with the CPLL team members in the pursuit of the overall mission and continuously exploring new, innovative trends to improve the City’s learning ecosystem.
