You'll be embedded with project teams — working alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors — translating field reality into schedule clarity. Your work directly shapes how projects are planned, sequenced, and recovered when things shift.Build, maintain, and update baseline schedules using P6 or MS ProjectLead weekly schedule reviews; own the look-ahead process with field teamsTrack progress, analyze variances, and surface risks before they become delaysTranslate complex schedule data into clear reporting for internal and external stakeholdersSupport preconstruction, procurement timelines, and critical path analysisParticipate in pull-planning sessions with field leadershipWhat's In It For YouCompetitive compensation based on experienceGrowth: Boyd Jones is investing in its scheduling function, which means upward mobility is real, not aspirational.Work that matters: Mission Critical construction is high-stakes, high-visibility, and technically demanding.
