As a Data Engineer, you will design, develop and deploy scalable data pipelines and scalable and resilient cloud platform capabilities for data integration while in close collaboration with data scientists and consumers of the data to support groundbreaking therapeutics.\r\nCompetencies and Qualifications:\r\nA hands-on engineer who is willing to get involved in a decision-making process\r\nExperienced in implementing data lake, lakehouse and data warehouse architectures that supports data search and integration\r\nExperienced in operationalization of Data integration solutions with one or more of the platforms (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, Athena, Denodo, etc)\r\nScale and build data pipelines, database/data warehouse solutions to support the movement of data between different databases and applications with appropriate data mapping.\r\nReview source data for accuracy and completeness before integrating it into the database\r\nCreating reports that provide details on data quality issues and suggested solutions\r\nDesign, develop and debug ETL integration code to meet defined source to target mappings\r\nHandle complex ETL requirements and design\r\nCreating scripts to automate data integration processes to improve efficiency and reduce human error\r\nDesigning and implementing data security policies to protect sensitive information\r\nTroubleshoot problems with data integration or data warehousing systems\r\nProficiency in Spark and SQL queries\r\nStrong experience with cloud platforms and Devops, preferably AWS\r\nGood understanding of R&D processes and scientific data life cycle is a plus.\r\nPartner with the Data Scientists to solve complex problems and create unique solutions\r\nMust be team oriented with strong collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills required\r\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders and members of the team\r\nExcellent analytical, and written/verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive and a team player.\r\nDegree in computer sciences or related field\r\nRequired Skills: MUST HAVES\r\nDeep Learning Frameworks (Tensorflow/Keras Or PyTorch)\r\nOpen-source NLP libraries/implementations (NLTK, spaCy, HuggingFace, Gensim, TextBlob etc.)\r\nKnowledge of AWS suite of tools\r\nKnowledge of NLP methods (Topic Modeling, Latent Semantic Analysis, Text Parsing, Entity/Relationship Extraction etc.)\r\nJob Description: Manage and guide data science and data engineering elements of AI/ML projects Drive the development, deployment and industrialization of Enterprise NLP engines to generate value from unstructured data for the Commercial and Medical organizations. Develop a deep understanding of customers and market dynamics, and apply your technical skills to advance that knowledge and guide the organization, delivering products that help create an integrated customer experience and drive impact. Help stakeholders define clear, impactful business priorities, and where possible, use their own expertise or existing analysis/research to influence and guide. Apply ML and applied statistics approaches to answer a variety of complex business questions using multiple data sources and technical tools.
