At Blue Grass Airport, you're not just building a career--you're helping connect people, businesses, and opportunities every day.About the position:The facilities electrician is responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems across all airport buildings, facilities, properties, and equipment, with secondary support for airfield electrical systems. This skilled role ensures safe, reliable electrical operations throughout the airport and plays a critical part in snow/ice response to keep airport operations running during inclement weather.Candidates must have a high school or trade school degree, two to five years journeyman-level electrical experience, and a current Journeyman Electrician License issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.This is a full-time, 40 hour work week position, working ten hour shifts on-site. The Electrician - Facilities is eligible for an additional $2.50 per hour when required to work a temporary schedule change.
