Healthcare Software Integration\nLocation: Remote USA\n\nPosition Summary\nSeeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the development, integration, and delivery of a cloud-native healthcare technology platform.\nThis role will oversee cross-functional engineering teams, manage software delivery milestones, coordinate system integrations, and drive successful execution of a healthcare innovation program.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n· Lead end-to-end software platform delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n· Manage project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.\n· Coordinate cloud platform development, real-time data pipelines, API integrations, and clinician-facing applications.\n· Drive integration efforts across hardware, software, and third-party technology partners.\n· Oversee sprint planning, release management, and deployment activities.\n· Partner with engineering, product, UX, and DevOps teams to ensure successful delivery.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.\n· 5+ years of Technical Program Management, Software Delivery, or Systems Integration experience.\n· Proven experience managing large-scale software development projects.\n· Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and software architecture.\n· Experience leading Agile software development teams.\n· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.\n· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n· Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, medical devices, or clinical software platforms.\n· Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards.\n· Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n· Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and system monitoring tools.\n· Experience supporting research, government-funded, or highly regulated technology programs.\n· Understanding of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) environments.\n\nCore Competencies\n·
