This is a unique opportunity for someone with experience to step into a role that blends customer service, inbound lead handling, and appointment coordination.If you've worked in a dealership and know how important speed, tone, and follow-up are-you'll understand exactly what this role can become.What You'll DoGreet and direct showroom traffic with professionalism and energyAnswer and manage incoming calls (sales & service)Respond to internet leads, texts, and chat inquiriesSet and confirm appointments for sales and serviceSupport sales team with customer follow-upMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environmentHelp create a consistent, positive customer experience across all touchpointsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious dealership receptionist, BDC, or customer service experience preferredStrong communication skills (phone, text, email... all of it)Ability to multitask without falling apart when it gets busyPositive attitude and professional presenceReliable, detail-oriented, and fast-movingWhy This Role is DifferentThis is not just a front desk position.For the right person, this role can grow into a full BDC position, sales support role, or leadership opportunity within our stores.
