We want someone who can walk into a content conversation and say here is what we should be doing, here is why, and here is how we are going to do it. You will have real creative ownership over what gets published, a clear brand voice to work inside of, and direct access to the people running the business.The right person for this role is growth-minded, takes their work seriously without being precious about it, and is genuinely excited about what AI makes possible in marketing right now. You know how to use the tools. Tell us what we should be making and whyUse AI tools actively and intelligently to move faster, research smarter, and produce better work without sacrificing voice or qualityDesign graphics and visual assets using Canva or Adobe that stay consistent with our brandEdit short-form video and reels content for InstagramSupport content scheduling and help track basic performance across platformsQualificationsCurrently enrolled in a marketing, communications, journalism, or related programStrong writing instincts and the ability to shift tone depending on the audience and platformActively using AI tools in your creative process and curious about where they are heading, not just along for the rideAble to direct content, not just execute it. You have opinions about what should be made and you can back them upGrowth-minded.
