You are Reframe's risk management and decision-forcing layer across all active construction projects.\r\nYou maintain the single source of truth on where every project stands across Design, Permitting, Engineering, Factory Production, Field Operations, Software, and Procurement. Your job is to make sure the right people have the right information at the right time — and that risks surface weeks before they become expensive surprises.\r\nThis role reports to the Head of Systems Design and Engineering. You will own a portfolio of 5+ concurrent projects from contract through field delivery.\r\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\r\nCross-functional Coordination\r\nInterface with team leads across Design, Engineering, Factory Production, Field Operations, Software, and Procurement to understand requirements, constraints, and dependencies\r\nTranslate those inputs into a unified, end-to-end plan with clear owners, dates, and handoff criteria\r\nDrive execution: track progress, surface blockers, hold teams accountable to commitments\r\nServe as the primary point of contact for leadership on program health — translate complexity into clear, actionable status and risk summaries\r\nMaintain the cross-project schedule in Jira/BigGantt, integrating timelines across all functions\r\nTrack factory capacity allocation against project demand; flag conflicts before they hit the critical path\r\nRisk Identification and Escalation\r\nFlag critical path risks weeks before they materialize — not after\r\nTrack long-lead procurement items against schedule\r\nIdentify cross-functional dependencies that no single vertical sees\r\nManage project priority stack across all verticals and flag when priorities need to shift\r\nTriage issues raised across functions; route to the correct lead; ensure nothing is unowned\r\nWhen a project slows down, identify whether the root cause is a one-time issue or a systemic gap — and fix the system, not just the symptom\r\nStage Gate and Handoff Governance\r\nOwn the design stage gate process: define required artifacts at each gate and who must sign off\r\nFacilitate PRD (Product Requirements Document) development with cross-functional stakeholders\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\n6+ years of cross-functional program management in a hardware, manufacturing, or operations-intensive environment\r\nDemonstrated ability to identify and elevate schedule risks proactively — not reactively\r\nComfort holding functional leads accountable without direct authority\r\nStrong written communication: clear, concise, action-oriented\r\nExperience with Jira, BigGantt, or equivalent project tracking tooling\r\nComfort with AI-assisted workflows\r\nFamiliarity with modular/prefab construction, advanced manufacturing, or AEC\r\nReframe Systems is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
