This is accomplished by:\n\nMowing using commercial zero turn mowers, ride on, stand on, and walk behind.\n\nTrimming of grass in areas where mowers are unable to fit and along concrete surfaces to keep grass uniform looking.\n\nRemoval of weeds that are growing in the cracks of parking lot and sidewalks. Blowing off of concrete surfaces prior to leaving a property.\n\nMaintaining of equipment by regular intervals. Assist in keeping truck and trailers organized.\n\nSnow removal in the winter, plus other duties around the shop to provide hours during the winter months. Other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications / Requirements\n\nPrior experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, heavy equipment, and running commercial mowing equipment preferred.\n\nValid driver's license (Required)\n\nDetail oriented. Motivated, self driven.\n\nConsistent work history.\n\nAbility to plan and coordinate along with team for efficient movement throughout day.\n\nAbility to work in moderate to high heat and occasional rain. Use of equipment to complete jobs: Commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools. Occasional loud noises with equipment use: hearing protection provided and required. Presence of airborne debris: eye protection provided and required. Respiratory protection provided and required.\n\nWorking Days and Hours: Monday through Friday.
