{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"c2243d0f3de20377223b79da","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c2243d0f3de20377223b79da","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c2243d0f3de20377223b79da","title":"Machine Operators Needed","description":"Major Activities/Key Challenges\nPerform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s tools and equipment.\nProvide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.\nPerform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.\nPerform mechanic skills including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.\nRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.\nDiagnose problems, repair or replace parts, test and make adjustments.\nPerform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.\nUse a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.\nDetect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.\nPerform all other duties as assigned or needed.\nAt the end of the shift, secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.\nStrictly adhere to safety regulations and plant policies.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent (Preferred)\nExperience as a Maintenance Mechanic\nMechanical aptitude and willingness to work on oily and noisy machinery.\nKnowledge of or experience in working with Screw Machines, Drillers, Tappers, and other manufacturing equipment, as well as troubleshooting the above-mentioned machines.\nExcellent communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal relationship skills.\nPhysically able to stand, bend, reach, stretch, and lift 15-35 pounds repetitively.\nFlexible, whatever it takes attitude.\nDetail oriented and has the ability to follow both oral and written directions, ability to work unsupervised.\nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
