Are you the right person for the job?\nFor you to thrive in this role, you will have worked on software projects from beginning to end, including preliminary design, development, delivery, and post delivery support. You will be interacting directly with customers and end-users and will need to be able to understand their pain points and design custom solutions to meet their needs. You will have used Node, Spring, or ASP.Net to build application backends. You will also have used front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor to build single page application frontends. Additional “nice-to-haves” include having worked with Object Oriented and Strongly Typed languages, MVC, WPF, written unit tests, have integrated SASS systems (such as NetSuite or Hubspot) and have familiarity with lean practices and kaizens.\nYou will be directly responsible for your work but will also be part of a larger team who can help guide you and answer questions.
