Our racks are built in the in our office where we also pre-program the automation system, wifi, and test all functions on our test bench before being sent out to the house for installation.Our teams enjoy their work and our company culture is structured, accountable, & fun.Venue AV technicians need not apply. Residential AV ONLY! This position would require you to be in Austin/re-locate to Austin, TX.Job Summary:Works with other installers and independently, in the completion of installs and service calls. Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork they are assigned. Tech is also responsible for assigned vehicle care and maintenance.Requires excellent communication skillsSelf-motivated, task-driven, and able to apply “best practices” theoryStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to use hand and power toolsMinimum Job Requirements:Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential control systems, installation or serviceCertifications Required: Control 4, Lutron RA-2, Lutron RA-3, Lutron HomeWorksKetra knowledge & programming preferredAbility to achieve timeline goals independentlyAdvanced networking/data system installation and setupStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly detailed, organized, and multitask-drivenCandidates must own basic hand/power tools.
