This role shapes how organizations understand and forecast user behavior and business outcomes. The position requires strong technical judgment, trusted stakeholder relationships, and the ability to operate effectively within complex consulting environments and evolving production systems.Responsibilities• Design, build, and validate predictive models, including generalized linear models, causal inference, and deep learning forecasting.• Apply causal inference techniques to generate actionable business insights and support decision-making.• Manage the full model lifecycle, including analysis, feature engineering, deployment, and monitoring.• Work across the technology stack using SQL, Spark, and Python to independently deliver solutions.• Collaborate with client data science and analytics teams to translate business questions into well-defined modeling problems.• Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Incrementally improve the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of production systems.Requirements• 7+ years of experience in predictive analytics, applied statistics, or machine learning with production deployment experience.• Expertise in predictive modeling techniques, including econometrics, causal inference, and time-series forecasting.• Strong software engineering skills with experience maintaining production-quality models and systems.• Proficiency in SQL, Spark, and Python.• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.• Graduate degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a quantitative or behavioral field, or equivalent professional experience.• Must be based in the United States or Canada.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Base salary range of $180,000–$200,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.• Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, skills, and performance.Benefits & Perks• Company-paid medical, vision, and dental insurance.• Company-provided home office equipment.• Flexible vacation and sick days.• Team-oriented and supportive work environment.• Company-sponsored events and company merchandise.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
