The role requires strong project management skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and hands-on experience with construction project management in mission-critical facilities. The successful candidate will manage schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders while traveling to project sites as needed to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end project delivery for data center and construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, cost forecasts, and risk registers; proactively manage changes and mitigation actions.\nCoordinate and manage contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications and codes.\nConduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce safety and quality standards.\nFacilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate project performance and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership.\nManage procurement activities and subcontractor agreements, including scope review, approvals, and payment milestones.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, client standards, and company policies for mission-critical facilities.\nDrive continual improvement by identifying lessons learned, documenting best practices, and implementing process improvements.\nQualifications\nBachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of project management experience, with specific experience in construction project management for data centers or other mission-critical facilities.\nProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with strong schedule and cost control skills.\nExperience managing multiple stakeholders, contractors, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.\nWillingness and ability to travel frequently to project sites (domestic and/or international) as required.\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, MEP systems, and building codes relevant to data centers.\nExcellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; PMP or similar certification is a plus.\nProficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and familiarity with construction documentation and reporting.\nBenefits\nVacation/PTO\n\nMedical\n\nDental\n\nVision\n\n401k\n\nBonus\n\nRelocation\n\nTelecommute\n\nFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
