Aerospace Machine Operator- Driller

We are hiring full-time Drill Operators to join our growing team in the Drill Department. This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you'll operate drilling equipment, perform part inspections, and support production goals in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for candidates with strong technical aptitude who are eager to learn and grow within our company. Key Responsibilities: Operate drilling machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications Replace drills and maintain basic machine setup Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces Communicate and escalate issues such as equipment malfunctions or non-conforming parts Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets Requirements: Strong mechanical or technical aptitude Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical role is a plus
