In this role, the Angular Front-End Engineer will focus on building and implementing responsive, enterprise-grade UI web applications that support innovative member and team member experiences.Responsibilities:Develop new client-facing features for interactive web applications that rely heavily on REST APIs using modern web technologiesCollaborate closely with Product Owners, UX, and engineering teams to build web applications from scratchEnsure responsive implementation across devices and screen sizesDesign, develop, and ship high-quality code in short Agile incrementsImplement reusable, scalable, and extensible UI componentsEstablish and maintain enterprise-wide component libraries and design systemsManage and standardize stylesheets for client-facing applicationsIntegrate third-party components into existing design systemsIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks and defectsMaintain code quality, organization, automation, and CI/CD practicesValidate designs in partnership with UX teamsSupport accessibility compliance aligned with WCAG 2.0 standardsQualifications:5+ years of experience developing dynamic, highly interactive web applicationsExtensive hands-on experience with Angular 17+Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScriptAdvanced knowledge of CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, and responsive designExpertise in writing clean, reusable, and accessible HTMLExperience working within large enterprise codebasesExperience managing and contributing to component libraries and design systemsExperience integrating third-party UI components.Experience working with monorepos in NX workspace.Experience developing Single Page Applications (SPAs)Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing API interfacesExperience writing unit tests using Karma, Jest, or similar frameworksExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum/XP)Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and SOLID principlesExperience with Test Driven Development (TDD)Experience with version control tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps Repos, etc.)Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines in DevOps environmentsKnowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0) and accessibility QA toolsDesired Qualifications:Experience with Bootstrap / ng-BootstrapExperience with Storybook or similar UI component library toolingAzure DevOps or AWS experienceExperience integrating enterprise design systems at scale
