Your Key Responsibilities • Apply high-quality spray coatings on parts and components • Work with a wide range of materials: steel, aluminum, plastics • Ensure precision and consistency in finish recovery and final • appearance • Maintain a clean and safe workspace • Collaborate with the production and quality teams to meet client • specifications What You Bring to the Role At least 5 years of hands-on experience in aerospace or industrial spray painting Proven expertise in high-quality, priority coating applications Experience working with multiple substrates (metal and plastic) Strong eye for detail and commitment to finish excellence Stable work history: must have been in most recent role for at least 3 years Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards What's In It For You top tier compensation and benefits, with source-aligned pay details of 25-40 US Dollars per hourly.
