Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, including both verbal and written communication, is strongly preferred.\n\nCandidates can sit in the following states: VA, MD, D.C., NC, GA, FL, AL, IN, OH, TN, WV, MA, TX\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nProcess consumer financing applications from origination through funding in a high-volume, technology-driven environment.\nAccurately review application information, supporting documentation, and system-generated decisions to ensure completeness and compliance.\nPartner closely with underwriting teams to facilitate loan approvals and resolve documentation or application discrepancies.\nCommunicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding application status, next steps, and financing requirements.\nHandle inbound and outbound customer calls while delivering a professional, consultative, and service-oriented experience.\nMaintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems while meeting established production and quality standards.\nIdentify inconsistencies, missing information, or potential issues and proactively work toward resolution.\nUtilize available resources and internal tools to research questions and provide accurate information to customers and partners.\nSupport loan closing activities and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.\nAdhere to all company policies, lending regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards.\nContribute to a collaborative team environment focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.\n\nQualifications/Background Profile:\n\nBilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to speak, read, and communicate professionally in both languages.\n3+ years of experience in loan processing, consumer lending, mortgage processing, banking operations, auto lending, credit unions, financial services, or related environments.\nExperience managing multiple applications, priorities, and deadlines in a high-volume setting.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accuracy throughout the process.\nExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and navigate challenging conversations.\nComfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with defined productivity and service expectations.\nAbility to confidently guide customers through financing options and address questions or concerns in a consultative manner.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and lending or financial systems.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and accountability.\nFamiliarity with PACE financing programs is highly preferred.\n-\nThis job is Fully Remote.\nPay Range: Hourly $25.00 to $25.00\nWe offer several comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, paid and unpaid time off, and retirement and savings plans to qualifying employees.\nDownload the Sparks Group mobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play.\n-\nSparks Group is an equal opportunity employer.
