This role requires no oversight. The Elite / Lead technician makes aligned field decisions, protects HBM standards, resolves conflict professionally, and elevates team performance.Safety ResponsibilitiesAt the Elite / Lead level, safety becomes leadership behavior. This technician sets the tone for safe operations, corrects unsafe practices, escalates systemic risks, and protects HBM from preventable liability. Safety is never sacrificed for speed.
