Strong experience analyzing complex business processes, system interactions, and operational workflows within enterprise environments. Hands-on SQL skills for data validation, issue investigation, root cause analysis, and production support activities. Ability to create clear business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and detailed process documentation. Experience developing and executing test cases for SIT, UAT, and end-to-end validation efforts. Comfortable collaborating with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders across multiple functional areas. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, TargetProcess, or similar platforms. Experience working in Financial Services environments, preferably supporting loan servicing or multifamily operations. Understanding of cloud-based ecosystems, particularly AWS-driven environments and integrated data flows. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to simplify ambiguous issues into actionable solutions. Proficiency with Visio or equivalent tools for workflow and process mapping. Experience supporting production issue triage, release validation, and post-deployment checks. Comfortable leveraging AI productivity tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT for documentation and workflow acceleration.
