HVAC Project ManagerWe are partnering with a local HVAC and mechanical contractor based in Honolulu, HI, to identify an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their team.The RoleThe HVAC Project Manager will oversee HVAC projects from award through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements. This role works closely with estimators, engineers, field supervisors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage HVAC projects from contract award through closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controlsCoordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, and vendorsReview project drawings, specifications, and contract documentsManage change orders, RFIs, and submittalsTrack job costs, forecast project performance, and report on progressEnsure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and local codesCommunicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal teamsSupport project closeout, documentation, and turnoverQualifications57 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in HVAC or mechanical constructionStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction methods, and project workflowsExperience managing commercial HVAC projectsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProficiency with project management software and ExcelStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred ExperienceBackground in HVAC estimating, field supervision, or engineeringKnowledge of local building codes and permitting requirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required)Experience working with design-build and negotiated projectsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experienceDiscretionary bonuses
