Join us to make a meaningful impact and thrive in a positive, respectful workplace.\r\nRequirements:\r\nRequirements:\r\nBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)\r\nExperience in compliance as it relates to wage & hour laws, payroll tax, etc.\r\nExceptional writing and communication skills\r\nStrongattention to detailand commitment to accuracy and quality\r\nAbility to work independently and meet established deadlines\r\nStrong problem-solving skills, specifically in payroll and compliance related issues\r\nKnowledge of federal , state and local payroll regulations\r\nSelf-starter with accountability for results and performance\r\nProficiency with payroll systems (Paylocity preferred), Microsoft Excel experience, with Microsoft Dynamics a plus\r\n5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll; 2+ years in a supervisory role\r\nPreferred Experience:\r\nCPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation\r\nExperience in multi-state, high-volume payroll environment\r\nFamiliarity with wage and hour compliance audits and benefit reconciliation process\r\nStart your career with a leader in the investigations industry that is financially stable, is experiencing growth, and whose history spans over 60 years!\r\nReady to make a difference?
