Part Time Position: 12:30PM-6:00PM Responsibilities Create a warm, safe and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive experience for all children. Responding to each child’s needs efficiently. Displaying a patient and calm personality with a loving approach to every child. Contributing positively to the behavior and social interaction of the children. Communicate regularly with parents Requirements Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check. Must be at least 18 years old. Experience in an educational or childcare setting. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support student engagement.
