We’d be thrilled to have you join our team!Position SummaryThe Sales Executive is responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the home-buying journey, from initial visit to closing and beyond. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to generate and manage leads through referrals, realtor partnerships, networking events, and company marketing efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesHost and manage daily operations of a model homeGenerate leads through networking, community events, and realtor relationshipsMaintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycleEducate buyers on available homes, pricing, and incentive programsPrepare and process purchase agreements and related documentationTrack prospects and sales activity in the company CRMMaintain current knowledge of RNL Homes products and local market competitionSchedule Wednesday–Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays as needed based on client demand.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; some college preferred2+ years of sales experience (new home or retail sales preferred)Valid driver’s license and auto insuranceStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and tablet technologyReal estate license not required (must be inactive if currently licensed)Physical RequirementsAbility to walk properties, climb stairs, work indoors and outdoors, operate computer equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
