Production Line

Job Description The Production Line Associate is an entry level position providing the opportunity to work in varied assembly careers across our production cells. From this position, future internal opportunities may be provided. This role requires excellent communication and mechanical skills necessary for the most efficient productivity.Responsibilities:Work with a team to assemble entire products or components.Rotate through tasks for specific production processesConduct quality inspections on products and partsPrepare finished products for shipmentMaintain a clean and orderly work areaAdhere to all established safety and PPE policies.Perform maintenance in conjunction with established Maintenance Schedule.Clean the assigned work area daily.Perform daily production tasks as assigned with performance standards.Perform Quality Control protocols.Learn and operate production line equipment and tools.Be knowledgeable in the production line process, equipment, and tools.Report on any issues within department, including, but not limited to, Quality Control, maintenance, inventory and safety.Follow daily production schedule.Communicate and collaborate effectively with Production Lead, Production supervisor and Production Manager.Ensure finished goods are within established quality control protocol.Qualifications:Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fieldsFamiliarity with assembly tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadAbility to work well in teamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentClear understanding of the production line process, equipment, and tools.Clear understanding of material handling.Ability to use tape measures, calipers, and dial indicators.Company DescriptionFamily owned & operated manufacturing company since 1991, we are growing at a fast pace with over one hundred employees and a strong leadership team.
