{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"c1cf22fa357f6d2d7e118bd3","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c1cf22fa357f6d2d7e118bd3","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c1cf22fa357f6d2d7e118bd3","title":"Multi-Use Learning Facility Coordinator","description":"Multi-Use Learning Facility Coordinator\nLocations:\nFort Benning, GA, Fort Rucker, AL, Fort Bliss, TX, Fort Huachuca, AZ, Yuma Proving Ground, AZ, Fort Stewart, GA, Fort Gordon, GA, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA, Joint Base San Antonio, FSH, Rock Island Arsenal, IL\nApplied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) seeks to fill the Multi-Use Learning Facility (MLF) Coordinator position under a contract with the United States Army Continuing Education Support Services.\nQualifications:\nMinimum of one (1) year of experience relevant to the position.\nCustomer service skills.\nKnowledge of Facility operations.\nKnowledge of U.S. post-secondary education and soldier development programs.\nFamiliarity with the Army Publication System, the Enlisted Personnel Management System, the Army Extension Training System, and small unit military training as well as experience with or knowledge of the online Army Correspondence Course Program enrollment process (www.atsc.army.mil).\nDemonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs and web-based applications are also required.\nGood command of the English language which includes the ability to read, write, understand, and clearly and effectively communicate the language.\nNACI is required for this position.\nResponsibilities:\nFollow clearly detailed and specific procedures IAW site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or similar written directive.\nExplain MLF procedures and policies IAW SOP and other written directives provided by the Government.\nFollow procedures to post information and schedules for courses, and track classroom/facility usage.\nAssist clients with locating and enrolling in military programs and courses of instruction (both local and online), including military correspondence courses.\nAssist clients with locating resources in support of academic programs.\nAssist with maintaining, reference materials and study guides.\nGreet clients in a clear and professional manner, and enter participation data into ArmyIgnitEd or other approved automated system.\nAssist clients with scheduling and use of training aids and equipment to ensure proper use.\nReport non-compliance with building use procedures to the On-Site Coordinator or Government personnel upon occurrence or IAW with local guidance.\nFollow procedures IAW SOP or similar written directive to monitor and record usage of facilities during scheduled hours of operation, and ensure facilities are empty and secured when not in use, as well as track facility key usage and report discrepancies IAW SOP.\nCatalog and assist in administration of equipment/supplies, completion of hand receipts and sub-hand receipts, and Property Inventory Reports IAW with the site SOP or written directive.\nArrange materials, classroom equipment, and computers as needed.\nIdentify and assist in correcting safety issues; i.e. slipping, tripping hazards.\nAssist in maintaining a secure environment and assist with Random Access Measures (RAM) IAW SOP or other written directive.\nSupport special events as directed by ESO (i.e. college fairs, graduation, etc.).\nMaintain and replenish literature/literature rack, publications, and electronic and print bulletin boards, waiting areas, etc. in a neat and professional manner.\nAssist Soldiers with required military training.\nAssist ESO, ESS, and Guidance Counselors as needed in conducting Education Center operations.\nMaintain work area/office in a clean, neat, professional, and orderly manner.\nEnsure computers and peripherals are clean and operational.\nSkills:\nCustomer service oriented\nGood time management\nAbility to solve problems\nTeam player\nKnowledge of ArmyIgnitEd\nExcellent verbal and written communicator\nComputer proficient\nRecords management\nInformation and referral\nScheduling\nNote: Multi-Use Learning Facility (MLF) Coordinator personnel are subject to the Services Contract Act.
