As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations by assisting with customer communication, scheduling, dispatch coordination, and administrative support. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments Provide friendly, professional customer service to homeowners and clients Support dispatch and scheduling for plumbing and HVAC technicians Maintain accurate customer records and job information Assist with invoicing, documentation, and administrative tasks Communicate with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations Help keep the office organized and operating efficiently Qualifications Previous office administration, customer service, or dispatch experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or service industry operations is a plus Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and office systems Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Health insurance benefits available Paid time off Stable, full-time position Opportunity to grow within a well-established company About Filan & Conner Filan & Conner Plumbing, HVAC & Bathroom Remodeling has been serving homeowners and businesses throughout South Jersey for over 50 years.
