Executing this is the key to building an emotional connection with our residents and winning their lifelong loyalty and vocal support as brand ambassadors.\n\nWe are looking for skilled and passionate individuals to join our Front of House team.\nBartender Job Responsibilities:\nCommitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail\nGreet all guests that approach bar, even during off hours\nStrong, upbeat and positive personality\nSet up bar, prep product to match covers plus 5% over\nProvide guidance and clear instruction to barbacks on expectations and needs for the shift\nInclude an element of staff education for every lineup\nOffer full service to guests at the bar, should they like it, incorporating established service standards that guests in the dining room would expect\nManage service well drinks and strive for a 4-minute ticket time\nOwn and manage rotation of clean and polished glassware\nProperly handle cash and closing guest tabs\nKeep a clean and properly rotated bar, using older product before moving into fresh prep.
