Our leadership team is an exceptional group of Government contracting professionals. gTANGIBLE is in the process of identifying candidates for the following position.\r\nRequisition Type\r\nOpen\r\nPosition Title\r\nTraining Systems and Simulation Program Manager\r\nLocation\r\nArlington, VA\r\nSecurity Clearance Level\r\nSecret/SAR\r\nDuties And Responsibilities The Training Systems and Simulation Programs Management Office is responsible for the following\r\nPilot and Maintenance Training Devices - assist Training Systems and Simulation PMO in overseeing the development and delivery of all Pilot Training Devices and Maintenance Training Devices, and in exploring future technology solutions that could potentially resolve existing technology limits within the training systems.\r\nPilot and Maintenance Training Courseware - assist Training Systems and Simulation PMO in producing the courseware used for classroom training as a supplement to the Pilot and Maintenance Training Devices.\r\nLive, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) - assist Training Systems and Simulation PMO in managing three subsystems as part of the LVC architecture.\r\nJoint Simulation Environment (JSE) - assist Training Systems and Simulation PMO in coordinating with USN, USAF, and the intelligence community to produce a government-owned secure environment that combines constructive, virtual, hardware-in-the-loop, and anechoic chamber hosted entities while accommodating proprietary industry models through government-controlled interfaces.\r\nVerification and Validation - assist Training Systems and Simulation PMO in performing verification and validation as part of the development and acceptance of the Training Products (devices, courseware, training aids, etc.) prior to delivery to the customer.\r\nKnowledge And Qualifications Master's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Management or related discipline or a Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years additional work experience related to the labor category functional description.\r\nAt least 10 years' experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, in weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of 6 years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning. At least three 3 years in support of a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP).\r\nLeadership experience in US Service-related military operations or defense acquisition program management related to weapons system acquisition, employment and life cycle management.\r\nKnowledge in DoD Instruction (DoDI) 5000.2(Operation of the Defense Acquisition System),DoD Directive (DODD) 5530.03 (International Agreements), and the International Cooperation in Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (IC in AT&L) Handbook.\r\nProvide subject matter expertise to support F-35program in delivering the weapons system.\r\nAssist with task support of acquisitions, financial management, risk management, systems engineering, total ownership cost determination, acquisition coordination, and communications.\r\nDemonstrated knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the development, production, and deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment.\r\nDemonstrated knowledge of the system equipment life-cycle phases and the documentation, analyses, and reviews associated with those phases.\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer.
