We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Labor & Employment practice group. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators handling complex employment matters throughout California.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about advocating for employees' rights.Responsibilities:• Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation from case inception through trial• Manage and maintain case files, medical/employment records, and litigation documents• Coordinate court filings in state and federal courts• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors professionally• Maintain litigation calendars and track important deadlines• Assist with deposition preparation, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation• Conduct factual and legal research as needed• Prepare exhibits, document productions, and discovery responsesQualifications:Minimum 1+ year of litigation experience preferredPrior labor & employment litigation experience strongly preferredKnowledge of California employment law procedures is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team settingExperience with e-filing in California courtsProficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management softwareBenefits:Platinum PPO medical insurance (100% employer-paid premium)Dental & vision insurance (100% employer-paid premium)401(k) with 4% employer match after 1 yearPaid time off (PTO)Sick time offPaid holidaysBonus opportunitiesOpportunities for professional growth and advancementWe value collaboration, diversity, and professional development.
