Job Description Lead Residential ElectricianScroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.Lehigh Valley, PAHourly Rate: $23.00-$28.00 (Depending on Experience)Responsibilities:Lead a small team of residential electricians to install, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, and service panelsRead blueprints and schematicsPerform electrical upgrades, remodel installations and new construction wiringInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems and componentsTest electrical systems and components for safety and efficiencyTroubleshoot electrical systems to identify problems and make repairsCommunicate effectively with homeowners and contractors to explain issues, timelines, and recommend solutionsPerform preventive maintenance on electrical systemsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust have experience to lead a small team of residential electricians xhyhwjd 3+ years of residential electrical experience (or equivalent apprenticeship)Strong knowledge of the NECAbility to use electrical testing tools, hand tools, and power tools safelyValid Driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics/crawl spaces
