Demonstrates sound judgment in validating AI-generated outputs and applying AI responsibly in business decision-making.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills: Including proficiency in root cause analysis tools.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills in English\nStrong ability to communicate in different cultural and professional settings: Demonstrated capability to adapt communication styles to diverse cultural and professional environments, fostering understanding and cooperation.\nDemonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries and geographies: Comfortable navigating different departments and locations with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate processes across different departments.\nStrong standout colleague skills: Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with cross-functional organizations.\nAbility to work under strict deadlines: Manage tasks efficiently in a rapidly changing environment.\nGuided by business objectives: Determine the best methods for delivering results aligned with organizational goals.\nProficiency in independently completing complex tasks: Demonstrated ability to handle challenging assignments autonomously.\n\nEducation Required:\n\nMinimum of a B.Sc. degree in an Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Occupational Health Safety), Science or another relevant degree!\n\nExperience Required:\n\nAuditing Experience: Minimum 5 years in EHS&S management systems auditing, with international audit experience in multinational corporations preferred.\nOperational Experience: At least 5 years in EHS&S operations and management systems within manufacturing, ideally in the electronics or semiconductor industry.\nTechnical Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, equipment, and processes in electronics manufacturing and related EHS&S risks.\nCompliance and Auditing: Proven experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with EHS&S standards.\nIntegrity and Resiliency: High level of integrity and resiliency in audit processes.\nProcess Improvement: Successful track record in leading and implementing projects that enhance process connectivity and efficiency.\nNegotiation and Conflict Resolution: Effective negotiation skills and ability to handle confrontation.\nInfluence and Consensus Building: Ability to influence, build consensus, and resolve conflicts at all organizational levels.\nOrganizational Skills: Highly organized, meticulous, with a strong focus on accuracy!\nExperience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.\n\nTravel\n\nTravel Required?
