This role will actively manage enterprise computer systems and networks, as well as analyze technical issues, and develop and implement corrective actions. PLEX is a proud EOE Employer, including disability/vets.\n\nPosition Overview:\nActively manage enterprise computer systems and networks, analyzing technical issues and developing and implementing corrective actions.\nObserve and interpret visual outputs indicating the operating status of systems and network components for designated computer network infrastructure.\nTranslate user requests into technical diagnoses, then apply diagnoses to develop technical solutions to meet user needs.\nDevelop strategies to migrate existing customers to new architecture/technology with minimal impact.\nEvaluate new technologies or equipment that can be added to agency standard solutions.\n,\nRequired Skills\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, (OR) an Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant (OR) High School diploma/GED plus 9 years of relevant experience may be considered. (Degree must be in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology or related field. Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance and/or systems engineering. Additionally, must have experience in network or systems administration.\nStrong Linux experience is required.\nExperience in Systems/network administration, applicable administration, and/or information technology support or management.\nExperience supporting hardware installation, such as servers and network infrastructure.\nExperience setting up storage such as network-attached storage.\nExperience implementing security best practices to include PKI certificate generation, deployment and maintenance.\nKnowledge of Unix shell scripting language like Bash, Bourne, or C\nTS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.\n\nSALARY RANGE:\n$85k - $210k\nSalary offered will depend on numerous qualifying factors such as clearance, degree and the years and depth of applicable experience.
