We are looking for an experienced sales professional to strengthen the sales team and enable the future growth plans. The position can be home office based and requires willingness to travel regularly (80% travel). #LI-Hybrid\n\nYour responsibilities include:\nIdentifying and mapping potential partners for Kerto LVL in the North America\nEngaging in proactive sales efforts with daily communication to key decision-makers among current and potential customers\nConducting weekly customer visits and spending time on the field\nBuilding and maintaining existing customer relationships and assisting with their order planning\nDeveloping and executing the sales strategy to achieve sales goals\nActively participating in developing the value proposition for Kerto LVL and contributing to market-building activities in North America, such as participation in fairs and events\nCollaborating closely with the customer service, technical team and other sales colleagues within the region\nSharing market news and customer requirements with international teams, including those based abroad and in Finland\nPerforming sales planning, forecasting, and reporting in alignment with Metsa Group processes, utilizing 'Up to date' software tools.\n\nWhat are we expecting of you?\nStrong focus on developing long-term customer relationships and acquiring new customers\nFluent communication skills with the ability to offer excellent customer service\nStrong performance based sales skills and a thorough understanding of the entire value chain\nAbility to network and collaborate with the global sales network\nThe ability to apply a certain level of technical knowledge in your role\nA strong level of understanding of sales processes in B2B / Wholesale distribution business.
