Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college, equivalent experience/combined education with at least 10 years of experience considered.Contract life cycle experience including preparing and submitting proposals, contract administration, and closeout.Experience preparing financial spreadsheets and analyzing financial data.Job DescriptionYou will be the GOCO Contracts Management, Sr Staff for the GOCO Contracts team which is responsible for managing the AFP‑4 Government‑Owned‑Contractor‑Operated (GOCO) program and ensuring lease‑obligation compliance.What You Will Be DoingAs the GOCO Contracts Management, Sr Staff you will be responsible for leading the GOCO team, coordinating with Air Force and internal partners, and delivering cost‑controlled contract outcomes.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeLead the AFP‑4 GOCO team to execute the rent‑credit program, reducing site‑infrastructure risk and meeting rent‑liability commitments.Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, contracts, security, procurement, legal, protocol, and facilities groups.Review project proposals, purchase requests, and change orders to ensure they meet cost, scope, and schedule requirements.Prepare monthly funding and rent‑credit cost reports, and manage program expenditure forecasts and financial plans.Coordinate quarterly project schedules, host customer site visits, and provide regular updates to the Air Force team.What’s In It For YouWe are committed to supporting your work‑life balance and overall well‑being, offering flexible scheduling options.
