Our Sales Development Representatives are specialists in researching prospects, discovering pain points, getting access to end-users, and setting meetings with influencers and decision-makers. This role allows the Account Executive team to focus exclusively on conducting meetings with prospects and increasing the overall productivity of the sales organization.\nHow You’ll Spend Your Day\n\nFollow an established and successful sales process combined with weekly coaching\nSetting quality meetings with IT departments across the country\nPlay an integral role in building our sales pipeline and our business at ControlUp\nParticipate in a mix of classroom-style learning as well as role-plays and practice\nLearn to generate qualified leads, prospect via a mix of personal communication methods, such as emails and cold calls, and establish the value of our platform\nEngage with a prospect, build rapport and find your prospects’ needs\nDemonstrate mastery of skills at this level by exceeding quota for two quarters in a row\n\nYour Experience and Qualifications\n\n1+ years of SDR or BDR experience, previous work with SaaS Sales preferred\nExperience engaging with potential customers over email, phone, and in-person\nKnowledge of our sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo is a plus\nClear, concise, and accurate in your communications, both written and verbally\nFast learning skills and passion for new technologies, quickly mapping them to business processes\nEffectively manage your time to complete objectives\nExperience being accountable to metrics, often exceeding them\nThrive in a high-energy team environment\nExcellent communication skills\nFluent in German (C2 level or equivalent mastery), Fluent in English (other languages are a plus!)\n\nWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
