Electrical Engineering Lead - I&C

Lead electrical engineer supporting industrial automation and controls across manufacturing and facility systems. Own PLC/HMI programming, system design, and electrical reliability while providing day-to-day technical leadership to the team when management is absent.Key Responsibilities:Program and troubleshoot PLC/HMI systems (Rockwell Studio 5000 / RSLogix, PLC-5, safety PLCs)Support VFD, servo, and motion control systemsDefine controls architecture and select PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, and safety hardwareMaintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, instrumentation, and electrical systemsSupport plant power distribution and system upgradesEnsure compliance with NEC, OSHA, NFPA, GMP standardsUpdate electrical schematics (AutoCAD) and maintain PLC program backupsDrive automation, reliability, quality, and cost improvement initiativesSupport EH&S and LEAN manufacturing (5S, TPM)Qualifications:BS in Electrical Engineering7+ years in industrial electrical/controls engineeringStrong PLC, drives, and automation systems experienceManufacturing environment experience requiredLeadership experience preferred
