Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Barista who is passionate about coffee and skilled in preparing both hot and cold beverages. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in drink preparation, exceptional latte art skills, and a deep understanding of different types of coffee and specialty drinks. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages with precision and consistency. Create visually appealing latte art for customers. Demonstrate knowledge of different drinks, including coffee types, brewing methods, and flavor profiles. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment. Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly manner. Follow health and safety guidelines in beverage preparation and service. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a barista, skilled in both hot and cold drink preparation. Barista experience and latte art is required. Knowledge of different types of coffee, drinks, and their differences. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality. Attention to detail and passion for coffee craft. Preferred: Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment. Knowledge of flavor profiles and drink customizations.
