A rapidly growing brand with a focus on client relationships, direct to consumer retail, and modern design, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our production team.Non Negotiables:Common SenseWillingness and desire growPositive attitude/sense of humorTeam playerDedication to excellence Must love dogsJob Responsibilities:Assist in coordinating local and overseas manufacturing activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.Write up fit notes, spec prototypes, prepare manufacturer commentsSupport the production team in fabric and material sourcing and ordering, as well as inventory management.Help monitor production schedules and workflows, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized production environment.Qualifications:Strong interest in fashion manufacturing; prior relevant work experience strongly preferred Requirements include comprehension of woven and knit garment construction, experience fitting, fluent in garment construction verbiage.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.Why Kallmeyer?Join our team and become part of a professional environment that values creativity and excellence as much as a joyful and committed work environment.
