The Litigation Associate will handle tasks such as:Taking and Defending DepositionsDrafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests with precision and clarityDevelop case strategies through thorough analysis of facts, applicable laws, and regulations across diverse practice areasEngage in negotiations with opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements or resolutions when appropriateCoordinate with clients to gather pertinent information and provide clear updates on case progressCollaborate with internal teams on legal administrative tasks such as maintaining case files and tracking deadlinesRepresent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, or hearings as neededQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolLicense to practice law in the state of TexasPrevious experience in personal injury law or related fields is preferred
