Industrial Maintenance Technician

Taldeco is looking for Mechanical Industrial Maintenance Technician in Clarksville, TN! $28-$34+/hr depending on experience! Job Description: Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities according to established procedures and maintenance schedules Identify and replace worn or defective parts, such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors, before they cause equipment failures or breakdowns Perform predictive maintenance tasks Equipment Setup and Changeovers: Assist in the setup, calibration, and changeover of manufacturing equipment to support production requirements and minimize downtime between product runs Qualifications: Must have Industrial Maintenance experience Must be able to troubleshoot both mechanically and electrically 3+ years experience Incentives: Full medical, dental, and vision benefits 401k matching OT available Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Overtime Work Location: In person
