This role is essential in ensuring that client care needs are met by effectively coordinating caregiver schedules.Position Details:Part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time hybrid roleCandidates must reside in Sarasota or nearby areas, as occasional in-office work (12 days per week) will be required in the futureKey Responsibilities:Manage and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure full client coverageCoordinate shift assignments and handle last-minute changesCommunicate clearly with caregivers, clients, and office staffUtilize scheduling software, including WellSky, to track and update schedulesEnsure compliance with company policies and client care requirementsQualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling, staffing, or a similar roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with WellSky software preferredCompassion and a genuine passion for serving seniorsCompensation & Benefits:$20$23 per hour, depending on experienceAdditional benefits availableIf you're organized, dependable, and looking for an opportunity that can grow into a long-term role, we encourage you to apply.
