We are building the infrastructure that will make enterprise AI safe to use.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nYou’ll build the systems and reporting that make CodeIntegrity’s sales and marketing work clear, fast, and measurable.\n\nOwn the GTM systems across CRM, enrichment, routing, reporting, and sales tooling.\n\nBuild pipeline visibility across accounts, leads, opportunities, stages, sources, and conversion rates.\n\nDesign lead and account workflows that make ownership, follow‑up, and handoffs clear.\n\nCreate dashboards for pipeline health, forecast quality, campaign performance, and sales activity.\n\nImprove sales execution by reducing process friction and tightening data quality.\n\nTurn GTM data into clear decisions for routing, reporting, forecasting, attribution, and account priorities.\n\nWhat We Need\n\nYou have built or operated GTM systems for a B2B software company.\n\nYou understand how leads, accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasting fit together.\n\nYou can work across sales, marketing, product, and leadership without adding unnecessary process.\n\nYou are strong with spreadsheets, CRM workflows, reporting, and GTM tooling.\n\nYou care about clean data, clear ownership, and fast execution.\n\nYou can turn messy GTM activity into a simple system the team trusts.\n\nNice to have:\n\nExperience with cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, or AI products.\n\nExperience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Linear, Notion, or modern GTM automation tools.\n\nExperience building account scoring, lead routing, attribution, outbound workflows, or forecast reporting.\n\nWhat We Offer\nWe offer a competitive package for people who can move quickly, work with enterprise customers, and help build critical infrastructure for enterprise AI.\n\nCompetitive package.
