We are an international healthcare technology company developing our own Laboratory Information System (LIS), already used by laboratories and medical organizations.As we continue expanding our presence in the US market, we are looking for a hands-on Marketing Director who can combine strategic thinking with execution and help drive the company’s growth in the healthcare and laboratory technology space.This is not a purely managerial role. We are looking for someone with a startup mindset — a person who is comfortable building, testing, launching, and optimizing marketing initiatives directly, while also helping shape the company’s overall go-to-market strategy and positioning.What you will do:Develop and execute the company’s marketing and go-to-market strategy for the US marketBuild positioning and messaging for our LIS and healthcare technology solutionsLaunch and manage demand generation and lead generation initiativesWork closely with sales, product, implementation, and leadership teamsCreate and optimize outbound, content, digital, and partnership marketing initiativesHelp expand the company’s presence within laboratories, healthcare organizations, and diagnostic networksSupport conference, event, webinar, and industry outreach activitiesAnalyze market trends, competitors, customer feedback, and growth opportunitiesContribute directly to pipeline growth and commercial expansion effortsBuild scalable marketing processes suitable for a fast-growing startup environmentWhat is important for us:5+ years of experience in B2B marketingExperience in MedTech, healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, laboratory technology, or related industriesStrong understanding of startup environments and fast-paced executionAbility and willingness to work hands-on, not only manage external vendors or teamsExperience with go-to-market strategy, positioning, and demand generationExperience working closely with sales and product teamsStrong communication and strategic thinking skillsExperience working with the US marketFluent EnglishWill be a strong advantage:Experience with LIS/LIMS, laboratory software, diagnostics, or clinical laboratory workflowsExisting network within healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory industriesExperience marketing complex B2B healthcare IT productsExperience in early-stage or scaling startupsWhat we offer:Competitive fixed compensation + performance-based bonusesPaid vacation days and flexible time-off policyRemote format with flexible work arrangementsOpportunity to influence company strategy and market expansionDirect impact on the growth of an international healthcare technology companyFast-moving startup environment with significant ownership and autonomyOpportunity to work on a meaningful product that improves laboratory and healthcare operations
