Plant Shipping Representative

At TMF Plastic Solutions we are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Representative that has Microsoft Excel Experience Your job with us is as follows: Maintain Organization regarding Shipping, Receiving, Incoming Inspection, and shipping control. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Ability to Lift, Pull or Push Thirty pounds Shipping experience with UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, USPS Basic Math Skills ie. +, -, /, x Identification of All Products (Finished Goods, WIP, Packaging) Ability to Maintain Production and ERP systems using Proper Documentation, Physical and Electronic Daily Shipments (inbound and outbound) Maintain GMP and 5S Activities. Maintain FIFO and Inventory Control Maintain Product Identification with Proper Nomenclature, Work Orders, Labels and /or Special tags. Demonstrate Self-Management Skills Adhere to all Safety Standards. Routine Reports for Specific Parts and Customers In-Coming Inspection and Receiving Routine Cycle counts on Finished Goods and Raw Materials To work within all the guidelines as specified by Company Policies. Daily Direction within the Department Teamwork with all Support Groups To Assist in all activities as instructed that are within your Physical Capabilities. Education and Experience Able to Comprehend and Demonstrate Understanding of Standard Shipping practices Able to Comprehend and Demonstrate Understanding of Proper Inventory Control Able to Comprehend and Demonstrate Understanding of In-Coming Inspection and Receiving protocols Understanding and Use of our Manufacturing System. Basic Math Comprehension Key Competencies Time Management Inventory Accuracy Computerized Spreadsheets § Maintaining a continuous Production Flow in Warehouse § Forklift License Physical Requirements: · Push, Pull and or Lift 25 lbs. · Able to effectively use Forklifts, Stand up and Riding, along with Manual Material Management Equipment · Able to Twist and Turn while lifting 25 lbs. · Able to Stand Continually for a period of no less than 3 hours. · Ability to work on around a Press for general activities that may require attention during a Production Shift. · Ability to work in a warehouse environment continually for a period of no less than 3 hours.
