In this role, you will operate heavy machinery and equipment, support daily job site tasks, assist with material handling, and work alongside our crew to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.\nWe currently have openings for both Day and Night shifts.\nKey Responsibilities\nSafely operate heavy machinery and construction equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, bulldozers) on site.\nPerform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks before and after use.\nAssist with job site prep, loading/unloading materials, and grading or clearing areas.\nFollow all site safety procedures, wearing required PPE, and maintaining OSHA compliance.\nWork closely with supervisors and ground crew to complete daily site tasks accurately.\nQualifications & Requirements\nExperience: 2+ years of heavy machinery/equipment operation experience.\nValid driver’s license (CDL is a plus, if required for your site).\nStrong focus on workplace safety and team communication.\nLanguage: Bilingual in English and Spanish is optional but preferred (not required).\nBackground Check: Must be able to pass a standard background check prior to employment.\nBenefits\nHealth Insurance (Medical, Dental, and Vision options available) (All Employee Paid)\nIf you are a reliable operator looking for consistent work with a great team, we want to hear from you!
